(What's New)
- The Board had a meeting on Feb 5, 2026. Minutes are posted under Documents. They also discussed the current assessment rate and reserves and approved raising assessments to build up reserves to three times the annual expenses. The last assessment rate change was in 2007. The new annual assessment for internal road access is $225 and the assessment for county road access is $125. A document outlining the analysis and rationale is included under Documents/Budgets.
- The annual meeting was held on Oct 4 at the Livermore Fire Department Station #1. It was well attended. A bbq and visiting time preceded the meeting.
- The newly elected officers of the Association are Clint Hanna (President), Ron Harper (Vice-president), Paul Ashby (Secretary-Treasurer). New officers begin their term on Jan 1, 2026.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE! Fire season is now year-round. It is essential that any campfires be completely extinguished before leaving the premises. Please follow all fire rules for all of our safety and enjoyment of PRR.
- The Livermore Fire Protection District publishes an informative newsletter that is available on their website. See Links for access.
The website has been updated and modernized. Please share any comments you have with Mike Fox (see Contacts).

Forum for Communication
As owners of lots in the Poudre River Ranch, we all have a stake in managing the PRRLA. Some of us live here year-round, while others visit our properties whenever we can. The PRRLA Board has developed this website to help assure that members have information about bylaws, minutes of meetings, current issues that may be of importance, and a way to communicate with members who often do not see each other. Enjoy browsing these pages and let us know your thoughts about the web page. Please send your email address to us so we can communicate by email.
